Start your journey through Botswana, Zambia, and Zimbabwe, exploring some of Southern Africa’s key wildlife areas and landscapes. The trip includes game drives in Botswana’s national parks, where elephants, antelope, and predators are often seen. Travel along the Zambezi River, experience Devil’s Pool on the edge of Victoria Falls, and visit the falls from both the Zambian and Zimbabwean sides. Boat cruises, safari drives, and time near the falls are part of the experience. The route connects wildlife viewing, river scenery, and one of Africa’s most famous natural landmarks.
Arrive in Victoria Falls, where you will be met at the airport and transferred to your hotel. After settling in, we gather in the evening for a welcome dinner and a short introduction to the journey ahead.
Today, we visit Victoria Falls, one of Africa’s most well-known natural landmarks. Walk along the forest viewpoints for different perspectives of the falls and the Zambezi River. Later, enjoy lunch overlooking the Batoka Gorge.
Today includes a guided conservation visit where you will learn about regional wildlife and conservation efforts. The experience offers an opportunity to see animals such as lions, cheetahs, and elephants while learning about the work to protect them.
We cross into Zambia and visit Mukuni Village to learn about the traditions and daily life of the Leya people. The visit offers insight into the local community and culture around Victoria Falls.
Today is free to explore Victoria Falls at your own pace. Visit local markets, relax at the hotel, or join optional activities such as a helicopter flight over the falls. Those interested can also visit Livingstone Island and experience Devil’s Pool on the edge of Victoria Falls.
We travel to Botswana and the Chobe region, known for its large elephant population. In the evening, enjoy a boat cruise on the Chobe River where wildlife is often seen along the riverbanks.
The day begins with a safari drive in Chobe National Park, where elephants, buffalo, antelope, and predators may be seen. Later, we visit Impalila Island in Namibia for a guided walk through the village and surrounding landscape. In the evening, we gather for a farewell dinner.
After breakfast, we arrange your transfer back to Victoria Falls Airport for your onward journey. While it may be time to head home, the stories, friendships, and memories from this adventure will travel with you long after the trip ends.

It depends on your passport. Here’s what matters. For Zimbabwe and Zambia, get the KAZA UniVisa. This visa covers both countries and lets you cross between them as many times as needed within 30 days. It also covers day trips into Botswana — but if you’re sleeping there, you need a separate visa. Pick it up on arrival at major airports and border posts, or apply online beforehand.
Botswana and Namibia have their own entry requirements. Most nationalities can enter without a visa, but check yours before you travel.
US dollars are your safest bet — Zimbabwe runs on them, and Zambia accepts them in most places. You’ll need Pula in Botswana and the Namibian Dollar once you cross into Namibia. One important thing: carry cash. Cards are unreliable once you’re outside major towns.
Connection is stable in Livingstone and Victoria Falls. In safari areas, it is limited or unavailable.
For consistent access, Starlink or Google Fi (Save $60 with code: C36FUE) can help.
In Livingstone and Victoria Falls, the connection is fine. Once you’re in the safari areas, don’t count on it. If staying connected matters to you, Starlink or Google Fi are worth looking into — use code C36FUE to save $60.
Honestly, yes. Multiple countries, remote areas, and activity-based experiences mean you want coverage if something goes sideways. We recommend Allianz Travel Insurance — straightforward and reliable for trips like this.
It’s guided, entry is controlled, and access depends on water levels at the time. It’s also optional, so no pressure if it’s not for you.
Neutral colors work best for game drives. Bring a light layer for early mornings, good sun protection, and comfortable closed shoes. Dust is everywhere — pack accordingly.
Northern Botswana is one of the best places on the continent for elephant herds in the hundreds. Lions, leopards, and antelopes are also common. Sightings depend on conditions, but the area delivers.
100%. The route is structured enough that you’re never lost or overwhelmed, yet varied enough that you genuinely experience different landscapes, wildlife areas, and cultures. A solid first trip.
